Pricing Questions, Answered

Is This A Subscription?

No. You pay once for a number of devices and the license has no renewal date. It runs until those devices are used and certificates you have issued stay valid for good.

What Counts As One Device?

A computer's own disks, together. A laptop with two internal disks is one device, and that device also covers one PC hardware test, file shredding and free space wipes on it. Every external disk added to the computer, in a dock or over USB, is one more device, so a bench with twenty docked drives started together is twenty. It is the same whether you work from Windows, a USB stick or PXE. Doing the same computer or disk a second time uses the next device. A run that fails or is cancelled uses nothing.

Is GST Included In The Price?

No. Prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout on orders paid in rupees, and an organisation can add its GST number with the billing address before paying.

Are All Features Included In Every Plan?

Yes. All 26 erasure standards, every module, verification, certificates, bootable USB, PXE and hardware diagnostics come with every license. Buying more devices only lowers the price per device.

Can I Try It Before I Buy?

Yes. The 30-day free trial is the complete software on one machine with every standard and a real certificate. No card and no account needed.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and net banking, processed securely by Razorpay. Your card details never touch our servers.

How Do I Receive And Activate The License?

The license key appears in your customer account and is emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Activate the software online or use a request file on machines that have no internet.

How Do Bootable USB And PXE Use My License?

You choose how many devices to give each one. A USB stick boots one PC at a time until its devices are used and the ones it never used come back to your license. A PXE session works the same way for a whole room. Each computer uses one device.
